Jiffy Lube

I expected service- someone knowledgeable in mechanics of my vehicle that could put me back on the road safely. I have had nothing but good to say about jiffy lube until now! My engine was overheating and they zip tied a hose and sent me on my way. Now I have to replace my engine. I am not a happy customer

I always use Jiffy Lube on Florence Blvd for my oil changes. Ive been using them for about 3 years now. They are very nice, respectful and friendly. They do their job without wasting time. Service is always great!

Went to jiffy lube on Florence blvd on for first time and they changed my oil and topped my antifreeze and then the next morning drove to Huntsville and my car overheated because radiator cap wasn’t place back on tightly, now my motor is blowed. I will never ever use or recommend jiffy lube to any one😡

A bit pricey compared to other places. Their people are good, friendly, etc. I needed additional work done to my vehicle as well, but the mechanic was a no-call-no-show, so I've got to go elsewhere. A good shop when they're fully staffed.
